BOJONEGORO. Netpitu.com – Kepala Desa Kepohkidul, Kecamatan Kedungadem, Bojonegoro, Samudi, kembalikan 68 bantuan paket lebaran yang didapatnya dari Pemkab Bojonegoro ke kantor Kecamatan Kedungadem dan diyerima langsung oleh Camat Agus Saiful Aris SIP, MM, Senin, (17/05/2021).
Alasan pengembalian 68 paket lebaran itu menurut Samudi, karena dari data penerima yang di peroleh dari kantor Kecamatan terdapat satu keluarga yang memperoleh 2, 3, paket bantuan.
Sehingga jika paket tersebut dibagikan sesuai data yang ada dikuatirkan timbul konflik perselisihan antar warga. Selain itu juga tidak memenuhi azas keadilan.
“Bukan saya menolak tapi saya hanya tidak bisa menyerahkan bantuan paket lebaran itu karena pasti timbul kesalahpahaman warga. Contohnya perangkat desa ada 10 (Sepuluh) orang tapi yang dapat hanya satu. Ini kan jelas akan menimbulkan persoalan,” kata Samudi kepada netpitu.com.
Apalagi bantuan ini dalam.data disebut untuk personil pemutus mata rantai Covid 19, itu harusnya anggota Satgas PPKM Covid 19 tingkat desa.,
“Sedangkan data yang kami terima dari Kecamatan terdapat banyak penerima yang bukan anggota Satgas,” tambah Samudi.
